Wynne Neilly is an award-winning photographer working out of Tkaronto/Toronto. Internationally celebrated for his monumental cover of TIME Magazine featuring Elliot Page (2021), Wynne was also the recipient of Scotia Bank's New Generation Photography Award (2023).
Wynne’s artistic practice draws on his experiences as a queer and trans person, investigating these identities on an individual level as well as relationally within his community.
I personally have an amazing time working with Wynne for this photoshoot, and can always recommend them as Toronto premier trans photographer. Wynne has a gentle, yet unique take on the intersectionality of identity. Their photography reflects the collaborative ethos while celebrates queerness. Wynne is also one of the most if not the most genuine and generous person I have ever met.

What if you can feel the colour? This photography project with creative agency Leo Wei explores the vibrancy of lights and colours within the urban setting of Toronto once upon a December. Bold, brave and bodacious shades of green, red, yellow and confusion echo a mosaic patchwork stories of the season's chaos, wonders and wistful nostalgia.
