I have more than 5 years of experience in Research and Health Science Industry and 6 years of expertise in administrative works. Maintaining and bookkeeping large database in real estate and health science for institutes such as McGill University, Montreal General Hospital, Jewish hospital, the Little Potatoes company, Fel Camrosts, Diamond Kilmer, The Conservatory Group, B-Major Homes Ontario and Lallemand. I possesses in-depth knowledge of industry processes and regulations. I have also demonstrated well-developed analytical skills and research skills to facilitate valourization of past projects. I have also recently shifted my focus to IT with an emphasis on cybersecurity and in the process of obtaining the necessary certification to become an expert. I am able to work well in a team environment while maintain excellent autonomy Excellence in liaising and increasing synergies between opposing parties in both industrial and academic setting.

I have the versatility and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities with positive attitude. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese and a working knowledge of French.

LAB TECHNICIAN| LALLEMAND

2020

My task was to prepare various media for yeast culture and propagation and assisting in creating and maintaining standard operating protocols (SOP). I also found much joy in conduct weekly sensory testing from our distillate as well as preparing napping and triangle test.

SALE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR| HOME INTERNATIONAL MARKETING GROUP

2019- 2020

Since joining Home International Marketing Group, I have continuously grown and expanded in my administrative role. In addition to my highly developed analytical skill in data analyses, accounting and attention to details, I have taken on more responsibilities in maintaining existing accounts, developing new marketing strategy, presenting to prospective clients, and contributing significantly to day-to-day functions of the sales office.

BIOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH PROJECT | POTATO LAB

2016-2017

I collaborated with the McGill Food Science department to develop a new model to test for glycemic load using parameters such as minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Through this experience, I gained much proficiency in written and oral reports, inter-laboratory collaboration and occasionally training new students. This internship also strengthened my analytical and research skills developed during my undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Immunology

OFFICE ASSISTANT | MCGILLL SOCIAL EQUITY AND EDUCATION OFFICE (SEDE)

2013-2017

I responsible for our office communication, supervision of new students and coordinated our safer spaces workshop series. I was also in charge of sending our monthly newsletters to our 1800 subscribers, informing them of our upcoming events as well as assisting with administrative tasks. In addition I also developed new marketing campaign to increase the office’s visibility among students.
